One Long Surgery!

7+ hours on the operating room table

2 hours in recovery

5 days in hospital (we hope)

3 months rehab

6 months until she feels the full effects of the surgery

Let the healing journey begin!

Spinal fusions aren't for wimps!   3 days post surgery....and she's up walking the hallways.   I know this hasn't been easy for her....or my dad....but there wasn't another choice. 

We are all praying for less pain and more stability.  

Hang in there Mom!  It won't be easy but it will be worth it!

A challenge....and I accepted!

Inspired by Nonny..... I will do my best to accept this challenge. 52 letters in 52 weeks. I have several people in my life that would love to get a piece of real mail....and for some....it would make their week. I will do my best to keep this up. Thanks Nonny for being an inspiration.
